German manufacturer achieves 80% overall efficiency with new PVT solar module

It says the thermal output is 1200 Watts, which at first seems to mean that there is a water cooled panel underneath the PV panel, but it doesn't explicitly say that. 80% efficiency is very high so that rules out that it's a thermoelectric panel, which is what I at first thought they meant. I think it needs clarification.
