ASCA to showcase its OPV

Organic photovoltaics (OPV) technology company ASCA announced it will present its innovative OPV solutions at BAU to be hosted in Germany this April.

ASCA offers custom-made solutions for its customers. Its OPV materials can be available in a wide range of colors with various transparency levels, combined with glass, polycarbonate, ETFE or textile, as well as made into different shapes, offering great adaptability and flexibility.

In addition to offering a high level of design freedom, ASCA's OPV technology can be laminated into building elements, which are suited for building façades, balustrades or shading systems without compromising aesthetics.

Being 100% recoverable and made without usage of rare-earth materials, ASCA's OPV-based BIPV solutions supply decentralized solar energy to the buildings while contributing to decarbonization.

At the trade fair BAU, ASCA will also showcase some of its integration possibilities and present its recent projects, including the unique solar media façade of the Novartis Pavilion in Basel, Switzerland, and the record-breaking solar facade of the Gronau municipal utility's new administration building in the western Münster region of Germany.

BAU is the world's leading trade fair for architecture, materials and systems. This year it will be hosted in Munich, Germany, from April 17 to 22. ASCA will exhibit at the Trade Fair Center Messe München in Hall B2 in the sector Energy/Building Systems/Solar Technology at booth 529.
